Regarding security in Queretaro, it is known to be one of the safest cities in all of Mexico which is why the US Embassy has no advisory warning for Queretaro. You may fly direct to Queretaro International Airport (QRO) from Houston (on Continental) or from Dallas (on American). Registered taxis drive you to our door for about $25 USD.
