Last-minute reservations are acceptable.  Please, no walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 deposit per night to confirm. Reservations 14 days or less prior to arrival – full payment required.  No room can be confirmed without a deposit.  We thank you for understanding that we are a small B&B and not a hotel.
31 days or more prior to arrival   Deposits are fully refundable less a $50 administration fee by US check through US mail or through Paypal.  Upon cancellation by email or phone, you will receive an email from Quinta Zoe confirming your dates of cancellation and the amount of your refund.  If you do not receive this email 31 days before your expected arrival time, we have not received notice of your cancellation and no refund will apply.
30 days prior to arrival Nightly deposits are non-refundable and will not be applied to any other night or stay. 
14 days or less prior to arrival You agree to pay for your entire stay regardless of late arrival, no-show or early departure.   

Group Stays may have their own Payment and/or Cancellation Policy sent by email.

By making your deposit you signify that you have read, understand and agree to the Cancellation Policy above and you understand that there are no exceptions.

Ways to Pay

For deposits only, we can accept:
1) Paypal.com plus 4% fee.  Go to http://www.paypal.com   payable to:   zoe@quintazoe.com
2) Personal check 6 weeks prior to arrival (No added fee. Address given upon request).
3) Credit Card payments – let us know to email you a request for money through paypal 

Your balance is due in cash upon arrival at Quinta Zoe – either USD or the equivalent in pesos.  There are several ATMs at the airports and within a few blocks of Quinta Zoe.

Your Confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed by email upon receipt of your deposit.  Please send us your arrival time when you receive your confirmation.  Remember, no room may be confirmed without a deposit.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 3:00 pm

If your schedule requires an earlier arrival than 3:00 pm, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.  
Arrival Time:  We ask each guest for an approximate time of arrival so that we may personally be on site to greet you.  If you are later than your scheduled arrival time or if we don’t receive an arrival time, please call us when you reach Queretaro for entry.   
It is always a good rule when traveling to buy a phone card when you first arrive in a foreign country.  We suggest that you buy an inexpensive phone card at the airport or when you first arrive in Mexico.
There are several pay phones within 1/2 block of Quinta Zoe, both north or south.

1)  All rooms are non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted in large outside areas only.
2)  Many of our guests stay with us because of our security.  The front gate is always locked and only registered guests are permitted on the property without our permission though we are happy to show your friends and family our house.
3)  Our property is not suitable for pets or for children under the age of 15.
4)  Damages other than normal wear and tear will be charged to the registered guest.
5)  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without refund for breeches in our written policy.
